Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Technology, Oil & Gas and Biomed sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.07% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Israel Corp (TASE:ILCO), which rose 2.53% or 2,540.00 points to trade at 102,950.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) added 2.49% or 800.00 points to end at 32,950.00 and Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd (TASE:BEZQ) was up 2.43% or 13.40 points to 564.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ashtrom Group Ltd (TASE:ASHG), which fell 6.94% or 455.00 points to trade at 6,100.00 at the close. Electra Ltd (TASE:ELTR) declined 2.18% or 4,560.00 points to end at 205,000.00 and Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT) was down 1.59% or 34.00 points to 2,107.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 279 to 201 and 56 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.91% or 0.67 to $74.23 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.89% or 0.68 to hit $76.98 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.54% or 14.34 to trade at $2,661.74 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.50% to 3.65, while EUR/ILS rose 0.28% to 3.78.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 108.29.
