WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. said on Wednesday it has requested the establishment of dispute settlement panels under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade deal after failing to reach agreement with Mexico on alleged labor rights violations by auto parts suppliers Pirelli Neumaticos, Bader de Mexico and Industrias Tecnos.
